Brave Spaces

Where young people are heard

Our flagship youth wellbeing programme provides safe, empowering spaces for young people aged 11-18 to connect, grow, and be heard.

About this programme

How Brave Spaces works

Brave Spaces is our flagship youth development and wellbeing programme designed for young people aged 11-18.

The programme provides safe, structured, and inclusive environments where young people can express themselves freely, build confidence, develop life skills, and strengthen their emotional wellbeing.

We focus on creating spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and supported, while encouraging positive identity development and personal growth.

Sessions are interactive and youth-led, incorporating creative expression, group discussions, wellbeing activities, and confidence-building exercises.

Brave Spaces also supports young people to build friendships, reduce isolation, and develop resilience in a supportive community setting.
