What we collect
When you contact us, volunteer, or sign up to a programme, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your message or registration so we can respond and provide the service you asked for.
Programme sign-up forms are hosted by Microsoft Forms; donations are processed by PayPal. Those services have their own privacy policies and we never see your payment card details.
How we use your information
We use your details only to reply to you, run our programmes, process donations, and meet our legal obligations as a charity. We never sell your data, and we only share it with services needed to run the organisation.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
